KraneShares Value Line Dynamic Dividend Equity Index ETF seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, track the price and yield performance of a specific equity securities index, the 3D/L Value Line Dynamic Core Equity Index. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in instruments in its index or in instruments that have economic characteristics similar to those in the index. The fund may invest up to 20% of its assets in instruments that are not included in the index, but that the adviser, believes will help the fund track the index. The fund is non-diversified.
