FlexShares Credit-Scored US Long Corporate Bond Index Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Northern Trust US Long Corporate Bond IndexSM. The underlying index is designed to reflect the performance of a diversified universe of longer term maturity, US-dollar denominated bonds of companies with investment grade credit quality, favorable valuations, and enhanced short-term and long-term solvency. The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in the securities of its index.
