The strategy utilizes deep credit research and bottom-up selection to invest at least 80% of its assets in domestic or foreign secured fixed and floating rate corporate bonds, first and second lien corporate loans, asset-backed securities, and structured debt products including collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), generally focusing on credits rated below investment grade.
