Sterling Capital National Municipal Bond ETF seeks to generate current income exempt from regular federal income taxes consistent with preservation of capital. The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund ("ETF"). Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its assets (defined as net assets plus the amount of any borrowing for investment purposes) in municipal instruments the interest from which is exempt from regular federal income tax. The fund is non-diversified.
