The fund is an actively managed ETF that seeks to achieve its investment objective by providing investors with the potential for income distributions and a downside investment exposure, as determined by the performance of reference assets linked to the U.S. equity markets, currently the S&P 500 Index, the Russell 2000 Index and the Nasdaq-100 Index (each, a "Market Index" and collectively, the "Market Indices"). The fund is non-diversified.
