Corgi Mag 7 ETF seeks to achieve its investment objective by providing concentrated, actively managed exposure to a market capitalization-weighted portfolio of U.S.-listed equity securities of the seven mega-capitalization technology and technology-enabled companies known as the "Magnificent Seven." The fund integrates direct equity investments with total return swap agreements and other derivatives to replicate full free-float market capitalization weights while managing regulatory diversification requirements.
