SPDR MSCI ACWI ex-US ETF seeks investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of the MSCI All Country World Index ex USA Index. The fund generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index and in depositary receipts based on securities comprising the index. The index is a free float-adjusted market capitalization index that is designed to measure the combined equity market performance of large- and mid-cap securities in developed and emerging market countries excluding the United States.
