Hotchkis & Wiley Global Value Fund is an actively managed ETF seeking long-term capital appreciation by investing in U.S. and non-U.S. companies across established and emerging markets that meet the advisor's quantitative and fundamental definitions of value. The fund allocates capital across at least three countries, maintaining a minimum of 30% to 40% of net assets in equity securities located outside the United States across companies of any market capitalization.
