Simplify Next Intangible Core Index ETF seeks to provide investment results that track, before fees and expenses, the performance of the Next Intangible Core Index. The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in securities included in the index. The index is designed to measure the performance of U.S. stocks of companies that exhibit relatively high intangible capital-to-book assets ratios within their respective sector.
