Inside Ownership 100 ETF is a passively managed equity strategy designed to track the performance of the Inside Ownership 100 Index by selecting and weighting large-capitalization U.S. companies based on the value of corporate equity held by internal insiders. The quantitative rules-based strategy extracts its components from the broad market-capitalization S&P 500 universe, filtering companies by the monetary scale of shares owned by corporate executives and directors as extracted from statutory DEF 14A proxy disclosures while limiting individual inside share concentrations to a maximum threshold of 5% of outstanding shares.
