F/M 3-Year Investment Grade Corporate Bond ETF seeks investment results that correspond (before fees and expenses) generally to the price and yield performance of the [ICE BofA 3-Year Target Maturity Index]. Under normal market conditions, F/m Investments, LLC d/b/a North Slope Capital, LLC (the "Adviser") seeks to achieve the F/m 3-Year Bond ETF's investment objective by investing at least 80% of the F/m 3-Year Bond ETF's net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in the component securities of the underlying index. The [ICE BofA 3-Year Target Maturity Index] is an index comprised of U.S. investment-grade corporate bonds.
