As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our global user base—helping resolve questions, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide users through our powerful financial tools.
Respond promptly to support tickets and live chat inquiries about features, accounts, payments, and general usability.
Troubleshoot user issues effectively—reproducing problems, researching solutions, and collaborating with engineers.
Educate users via clear written responses and help articles, building a robust self‑service knowledge base.
Track common trends and feedback, offering insights to Product, Engineering, and Design teams.
Maintain professionalism even when faced with frustrated users, always representing Finviz’s brand and values.
2+ years in customer support or client-facing roles (fintech or SaaS experience a strong plus).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to tone and clarity.
Ability to quickly learn complex product features and articulate solutions.
Empathy and patience—customer experience is your top priority.
Flexibility to work during US hours is not required but may enhance collaboration with team members.
This position will commence with a trial period of 2 months.
The final agreed compensation will depend on the level of skills and experience offered.
