Scholar Rock's Apitegromab Maintains Lean Mass In Phase 2 EMBRAZE Trial With Tirzepatide-Induced Weight Loss

Apietegromab was well tolerated and did not cause any significant side effects.

The EMBRAZE trial enrolled 87 overweight or obese people and randomly assigned them to receive tirzepatide with apitegromab or a placebo for 24 weeks.
