Concentrix reported quarterly adjusted earnings of $2.95 per share, which beat the Street estimate of $2.75.

Profits And Margins
The quarterly adjusted operating income declined 6.8% to $323.2 million. The margin contracted from 14.2% to 12.7% signifying pricing pressures.
The quarter’s adjusted EBITDA fell 6.0% to $378.6 million. The margin tanked from 16.5% to 14.8%.
The company generated $344.2 million in operating cash flow during the quarter, up from $284.4 million a year ago.
Adjusted free cash flow for the quarter reached $287.1 million from $218.7 million a year ago.
Dividends And Buybacks
The company paid a quarterly dividend of 36 cents per share on November 4, 2025. Its board has approved another 36 cents per share dividend, scheduled for payment on February 10, 2026, to shareholders on record as of January 30, 2026.
During the fourth quarter, the company bought back 1.3 million shares for $56.4 million through its existing repurchase program. As of November 30, 2025, the company still had $438.6 million remaining under its share buyback authorization.

Concentrix expects first quarter revenue of $2.475 billion to $2.500 billion (versus $2.493 billion consensus estimate) and adjusted EPS of $2.57 to $2.69 (versus $2.90 consensus estimate).
The company expects fiscal 2026 revenue of $10.035 billion to $10.180 billion (versus $9.808 billion consensus estimate) and adjusted EPS of $11.48 to $12.07 (versus $11.37 consensus estimate).
It expects to generate approximately $630 million to $650 million of adjusted free cash flow in fiscal year 2026.
