Qnity Electronics, Inc. (NYSE:Q) shares are trading slightly higher premarket on Friday after the company disclosed that Matt Harbaugh stepped down immediately as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for health reasons.

Mike Goss, the company's Principal Accounting Officer and Controller, has been named Interim CFO effective immediately.

Before serving as Qnity's Principal Accounting Officer and Controller, he spent 14 years at DuPont, holding several senior positions and gaining expertise in portfolio transformation and financial operations, most recently as Vice President, Principal Accounting Officer, and Controller from December 2018 to October 2025.

Prior to DuPont, Mike held various roles at Ernst & Young.

The company said it will conduct a comprehensive search for the position.

Guidance

Qnity confirms its full-year 2025 guidance, projecting Net Sales of approximately $4.7 billion (vs. consensus of $4.72 billion)and Adjusted Pro Forma Operating EBITDA of around $1.4 billion.

Qnity plans to release financial results on February 26, 2026.
