While acknowledging the internet sector’s strong 2025 performance, where it delivered average returns of 23% and outperformed the NASDAQ’s 19% gain, it sees greater dispersion in 2026. The firm predicts this as investors weigh AI monetization, agentic AI adoption, AV disruption, and ongoing investment cycles.
