Linkhome Holdings (NASDAQ:LHAI) has commercially launched its OpenLink AI platform and secured its first enterprise AI compute services agreement, a two-year contract with an estimated value of up to US$10.5 million that marks the platform’s initial commercial deployment.
Linkhome announced the commercial launch of OpenLink, its decentralized AI compute marketplace, together with the signing of its first enterprise customer.
Under the two-year agreement, the company will provide GPU computing capacity, AI cloud infrastructure, workload scheduling, infrastructure management, network connectivity, orchestration software, and technical support. Based on the current pricing schedule, the contract could generate up to approximately US$10.5 million in gross service fees over the 24-month service period.
The company noted that actual revenue will depend on factors including deployment timing, customer acceptance, compute utilization, service performance, and payment terms, with revenue recognized as services are delivered under U.S. GAAP.
OpenLink differs from traditional GPU cloud providers by operating as a decentralized marketplace that aggregates computing resources from third-party infrastructure providers, including GPU owners, data centers, cloud operators, and enterprise partners.
The announcement moves OpenLink beyond development and into commercial deployment with its first enterprise customer, providing an initial proof point for Linkhome’s AI infrastructure strategy.
The first contract may demonstrate market demand for the platform’s decentralized approach to AI computing, while also creating an opportunity for recurring service revenue over the life of the agreement. However, the company has made clear that realized revenue could differ from the contract’s estimated value depending on deployment schedules and customer usage.
The marketplace model may also allow Linkhome to expand computing capacity by onboarding additional infrastructure partners rather than relying exclusively on capital-intensive company-owned data centers, potentially supporting future scalability if adoption continues.
