Further to the announcement made on June 16, 2026, Ferguson Enterprises Inc. (“Ferguson” or the “Company”) (NYSE: FERG) today announces that: (i) the secondary listing of the Company’s common stock (“Common Stock”) on the Equity Shares (international commercial companies secondary listing) category of the Official List of the U.K. Financial Conduct Authority; and (ii) the admission to trading of its Common Stock on the London Stock Exchange’s main market for listed securities, have now been cancelled with effect from 08:00 a.m. U.K. time today, July 20, 2026 (together, the “London Delisting”). Ferguson continues to maintain its listing of Common Stock on the New York Stock Exchange.
