Indivior Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ:INDV) reported better-than-expected second-quarter 2026 results on Monday, driven by record sales of its opioid use disorder treatment SUBLOCADE, while raising its full-year financial guidance.
The stronger outlook sent the pharmaceutical company’s shares up 9.22% in pre-market trading.
Indivior posted adjusted earnings of $1.15 per share for the second quarter, comfortably exceeding analysts’ consensus estimate of $0.74.
Quarterly revenue reached $343 million, ahead of the market forecast of $284.9 million and up 14% from $302 million in the same period last year.
The company’s performance was underpinned by record quarterly net revenue from SUBLOCADE, which climbed 21% year over year to $253 million.
Growth was supported by an 18% increase in dispense unit volumes, together with favorable pricing and product mix.
In the United States, SUBLOCADE generated net revenue of $238 million, while new patient starts reached a record 32,816 during the quarter.
Following the strong first-half performance, Indivior increased its financial outlook for fiscal 2026.
The company now expects full-year revenue to range between $1.295 billion and $1.365 billion. The midpoint of $1.33 billion is well above analysts’ consensus estimate of $1.26 billion.
Net revenue guidance for SUBLOCADE was also raised to between $1.01 billion and $1.05 billion, compared with the previous forecast of $950 million to $990 million.
In addition, adjusted EBITDA guidance was lifted to a range of $700 million to $740 million from the prior outlook of $620 million to $660 million.
Chief Executive Officer Joe Ciaffoni credited the company’s commercial execution for the improved results and outlook.
“Exceptional operational execution in Phase II – Accelerate – of the Indivior Action Agenda fueled strong SUBLOCADE performance in the quarter and is the primary driver of our raised 2026 guidance,” said Joe Ciaffoni, Chief Executive Officer.
Adjusted EBITDA reached a record $186 million during the second quarter, more than doubling from $88 million in the prior-year period, representing year-over-year growth of 111%.
Indivior also continued returning capital to shareholders by repurchasing approximately 4.7 million shares during the quarter for $175 million, at an average purchase price of $37.52 per share.
The company ended the quarter with cash and investments totaling $249 million.
