KIDZ AI (NASDAQ:KIDZ) has signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding with Limestone Networks to evaluate the deployment of AI inference infrastructure at a Dallas data center, marking the next operational step toward supporting its previously announced $44.6 million GPU compute services agreement with Canopy Wave.
KIDZ AI announced that it has entered into a memorandum of understanding with Limestone Networks for the proposed deployment of AI computing infrastructure at Limestone’s DFW3 data center in Dallas, Texas.
The planned facility would provide the power, networking, and physical infrastructure needed to host a dedicated NVIDIA Blackwell B300 GPU cluster that will be deployed through the company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Catalyst Compute LLC.
According to the company, the infrastructure is intended to support its previously announced 60-month, $44.6 million GPU compute services agreement with Canopy Wave by delivering high-throughput, cost-efficient inference computing for open-weight AI models.
Under the proposed arrangement, the companies are evaluating either a dedicated 1.125 MW data hall or an alternative two-hall configuration. If the dedicated hall is selected, deployment would begin at approximately 0.5 to 0.6 MW before expanding as GPU servers are installed, tested, and commissioned.
The announcement represents an execution milestone rather than a new customer contract. By moving from a signed compute services agreement to evaluating physical data center infrastructure, KIDZ AI is beginning to establish the operational capacity required to deliver on its previously disclosed enterprise commitments.
The company’s emphasis on securing contracted customer demand before committing infrastructure investment may reduce the risk associated with speculative capacity expansion. Management also highlighted inference computing for open-weight AI models as the primary focus of its planned GPU deployment, reflecting its broader neocloud strategy.
However, investors should note that the memorandum is non-binding. The project remains subject to technical design, capacity selection, cost confirmation, and the successful negotiation of definitive agreements, meaning the proposed deployment has not yet been finalized.
Investors will likely monitor several upcoming milestones, including:
