NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ladder Capital Corp ("Ladder" or the "Company") (NYSE: LADR), an investment grade-rated REIT, announced that activity incremental to its net interest and rental income is estimated to contribute between $0.42 and $0.45 to GAAP EPS, or between $0.14 and $0.17 to Distributable EPS in the third quarter of 2026. Such amounts are inclusive of the sale of a Jacksonville, Florida office property. All figures are subject to final accounting review.
