Autozi Internet Technology (Global) Ltd. (NASDAQ:AZI) has secured a combined $30 million investment from multiple investors, providing fresh capital to support the Beijing-based company’s expansion plans.
According to an Aug. 19, 2026 press release, Autozi intends to allocate the funding across several strategic areas, including automotive supply-chain integration, development of an international supply-chain platform, digital technology, lifecycle automotive services and general working capital.
Autozi Targets Supply-Chain Expansion and Strategic Deals
Strengthening its automotive supply chain will be one of the company’s main priorities. Autozi plans to assess potential mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments and commercial partnerships that could expand its procurement capabilities, improve product availability and increase its geographic reach.
The company also intends to accelerate development of a cross-border automotive supply-chain platform designed to facilitate international procurement and supplier onboarding.
The platform is expected to provide capabilities covering order management, logistics coordination and after-sales services across vehicles, automotive parts and related products.
AI and Digital Technology Among Investment Priorities
Part of the new capital will be invested in research and development as Autozi seeks to enhance its digital infrastructure.
Planned investments include SaaS capabilities, data analytics tools and intelligent operating systems. The company also intends to explore how artificial intelligence and automation can be incorporated into its operations to improve efficiency and support future growth.
Houqi Zhang, Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Autozi, said: “We intend to use this capital to strengthen the fundamentals of our business. Our priorities include integrating high-quality automotive supply-chain resources, pursuing targeted strategic opportunities, building a scalable cross-border platform, accelerating digital and intelligent technology development, and expanding our lifecycle automotive service capabilities.”
Funding to Support Broader Automotive Services Strategy
Autozi also plans to use the investment to expand its lifecycle automotive services, adding another component to its broader strategy of developing an integrated automotive technology and supply-chain ecosystem.
Working capital support will provide additional financial flexibility as the company pursues these initiatives and evaluates potential commercial opportunities.
Autozi said it will continue assessing market conditions as its expansion strategy progresses and plans to issue further updates when required under applicable securities regulations and Nasdaq rules.
