SuperX Secures $38.8 Million Nvidia B300 Server Order in Japan

SuperX AI Technology Limited (NASDAQ:SUPX) has secured a purchase order worth approximately $38.8 million from Japanese technology company Woodman Inc. for Nvidia B300 GPU-based server clusters.

The equipment will support an artificial intelligence infrastructure project in Yokohama, Japan, representing a significant commercial order for SuperX as the company expands its presence in the Japanese AI computing market.

Delivery Scheduled for November 2026

The purchase order was placed through SuperX Industries Co., Ltd., the company’s wholly owned Japanese subsidiary, with delivery of the server clusters scheduled for mid-November 2026.

As of August 20, SuperX had received an advance payment representing approximately 20% of the total order value. The remaining balance is expected to be paid before the equipment is shipped.

The agreement represents the first commercial transaction between SuperX and Woodman.

SuperX Expands Nvidia-Based Offering in Japan

SuperX said it had already established a presence in the Japanese market through solutions built around the Nvidia RTX Pro 6000 platform. The Woodman contract extends that strategy to the higher-performance Nvidia B300 platform.

The deal provides SuperX with another opportunity to build its position in Japan as demand for computing infrastructure capable of supporting increasingly intensive AI and high-performance computing workloads expands.

Woodman is a Japanese technology company focused on putting underutilised resources, including surplus electricity and computing capacity, to productive use. Its activities include AI and high-performance computing environments.

Japan Remains Key Market for SuperX Expansion

Singapore-headquartered SuperX has identified Japan as an important part of its broader international growth strategy.

The company’s portfolio extends beyond AI servers to include liquid cooling technology, power infrastructure and data centre solutions, allowing it to provide multiple components required for large-scale AI computing deployments.

The $38.8 million Woodman order strengthens SuperX’s commercial position in Japan and demonstrates its move towards supplying higher-performance GPU infrastructure as customers increase investment in AI computing capacity.
