By Fiona Craig | September 03, 2026, 9:46 AM

Advasa Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:ADBT) shares fell 11.6% in premarket trading on Thursday following the resignation of Chief Financial Officer Katharyn Field.

According to an 8-K filing with securities regulators, Field formally resigned from her position on August 27, 2026.

The company said Field’s departure was for personal reasons and was not related to any dispute or disagreement with Advasa, its management or its board of directors.

CEO Grady Ryther Named Interim CFO

Advasa has begun a search for a permanent Chief Financial Officer following Field’s departure.

In the meantime, Chief Executive Officer Grady Ryther will also serve as Interim Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. He will remain in the position until the company appoints a successor.

Field had served as Advasa’s principal financial and accounting officer before her resignation.
