By Fiona Craig | September 04, 2026, 6:26 AM

Concrete Pumping Holdings (NASDAQ:BBCP) Class A shares rose 17.4% in pre-market trading to $10.62 after the company reported fiscal third-quarter 2026 earnings and revenue above analyst expectations, raised its full-year guidance and announced its first recurring quarterly dividend.

Revenue for the quarter increased 13% year over year to $116.8 million, exceeding the consensus estimate of approximately $109.7 million. Adjusted EBITDA also rose 13% to $30.4 million, with the adjusted EBITDA margin remaining at 26.0%.

Diluted earnings per share were $0.09, compared with an analyst estimate of $0.08. Net income attributable to common shareholders increased to $4.5 million from $3.3 million in the same period a year earlier.

Concrete Pumping Raises Fiscal 2026 Outlook

Following the quarterly results, Concrete Pumping increased its fiscal 2026 revenue guidance to between $425 million and $435 million, compared with its previous forecast of $410 million to $425 million.

Adjusted EBITDA guidance was raised to $103 million to $108 million from the previous range of $98 million to $105 million.

The company also increased its free cash flow guidance to approximately $50 million, from its previous expectation of at least $45 million.

Board Introduces Quarterly Dividend

Concrete Pumping’s board initiated a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per share, equivalent to $0.52 per share on an annualised basis.

Based on the previous closing share price, the annualised dividend represents a yield of approximately 5.6%. The first payment is scheduled for October 2, 2026.

The board also extended the company’s existing share repurchase authorisation through November 2028.

CEO Bruce Young expressed confidence in the company’s ability to generate consistent cash flow while investing in growth and reducing leverage. CFO Iain Humphries outlined a target of reaching net leverage of 3.0 times within approximately 18 months.

BBCP Shares Move Higher Following Results

The broader U.S. equity market showed comparatively modest gains, with the S&P 500 up 0.05% and the Nasdaq gaining 0.4% in pre-market trading.

In the previous session, the S&P 500 and Dow had each gained more than 1% as Treasury yields declined and Federal Reserve Governor Waller indicated that an interest-rate increase would not be warranted if underlying inflation continued to moderate.

Concrete Pumping shares had fallen approximately 8.8% over the month preceding the results. The pre-market advance to $10.62 moved the stock higher within its 52-week range of $5.555 to $12.19.

The company’s activities include construction services supporting data centre and infrastructure projects, as well as its Eco-Pan waste management business.
