Zoom Launches AI-Powered Revenue Platform With New Sales and Forecasting Tools

By Fiona Craig | September 15, 2026, 10:10 AM

Zoom Communications (NASDAQ:ZM) announced an AI-powered revenue operating system on September 15, 2026, aimed at bringing buyer intelligence, customer conversations and revenue-management tools into a single platform.

The company introduced two capabilities for its Zoom Revenue Accelerator product, called Engage and Forecast.

Engage allows sales teams to create multichannel sales sequences across email, phone and other channels and uses available signals to prioritise seller follow-up.

Forecast is designed to convert deal-level information into real-time revenue forecasts, providing users with visibility from company-wide commitments down to individual sales opportunities.

Zoom Makes Common Room Available Through Its Platform

Zoom also announced the availability of Common Room by Zoom, a buyer intelligence product that aggregates customer signals from sources including product usage, digital activity and online communities.

Common Room can now be purchased directly through Zoom while remaining available as a standalone product.

The company also introduced ZRA Elite, which combines the existing Zoom Revenue Accelerator Premium tier with Engage and Forecast. Zoom Revenue Accelerator is now offered across Essentials, Premium and Elite tiers.

Linda Lian, general manager of Common Room and Zoom Revenue Accelerator at Zoom, said, “Bringing more of that context together can give AI a deeper understanding of the customer — what they care about, what’s happened before, and where they are in their journey.”

Forecast Integrates With Existing CRM Systems

Zoom said revenue operations teams can configure Forecast views and metrics without engineering support. Users can also write updates generated through the platform back to existing customer relationship management systems.

In its announcement, Zoom cited results reported by customer Barracuda Networks, including a 15% increase in deals closed, a 5% improvement in deal velocity and sales representatives reaching between 100% and 140% of quota while using Zoom Revenue Accelerator. The figures reflect results reported by Barracuda and do not establish that other customers will achieve similar outcomes.

Zoom also noted that IDC named the company a Leader in its 2026 MarketScape for unified revenue orchestration.
