Elemental Royalty redefines dividends with blockchain gold

By Trevor Abes | September 17, 2026, 9:35 AM

A pioneering move in corporate payouts allows shareholders of Elemental Royalty (NASDAQ:ELE) to receive their upcoming quarterly dividend in either traditional fiat currency or digital gold.

Dividend election details

  • Dividend amount: US$0.03 per share.
  • Record date: September 30, 2026.
  • Payment date: October 15, 2026.
  • Election deadline: September 24, 2026.

Shareholders opting for digital tokens via the Dividend Election Alternative program will receive Tether Gold (XAU₮). Each token represents direct ownership of physical gold secured on a blockchain, offering enhanced liquidity, seamless transferability and simplified vaulting relative to conventional bullion.

Deliveries can be routed to any standard digital wallet or an account hosted through partner platform Bullish (NYSE:BLSH).

To select the crypto alternative, investors must submit the election form published with the company’s recent disclosure by the September 24th cutoff.

Strong financial momentum

The upcoming dividend follows a record-setting second quarter for the gold-focused royalty firm, driven by surging operational performance across its global asset base.
