VNET Group Inc (NASDAQ:VNET) is seeing particularly heavy options volume today, with 137,000 contracts traded so far, or 15.4 times the intraday average. Puts account for roughly 133,000 of those contracts, compared to just over 4,000 calls. VNET stock was last seen up 10.1% at $7.18, after the China-based data center services provider announced the closing of a previously announced strategic investment that gives the buyer group a 38.1% stake in the company.
 
JD.com Inc (NASDAQ:JD) is seeing a rush of options activity today, with 239,000 contracts exchanged so far, or 7.4 times the intraday average. Puts are leading the way, with 156,000 contracts traded compared to 83,000 calls. JD stock was last seen up 0.4% at $27.04.
 
Weibo Corp (NASDAQ:WB) is also drawing unusual options activity, with 589 contracts across the tape, or 2.2 times the intraday average. Calls are overwhelmingly popular, with 586 traded compared to just three puts. WB stock is up 1.5% at $6.64 at last check.
