Cullinan Therapeutics Plans Q4 2026 Clinical Data Updates Across Three T Cell Engager Programs

Cullinan Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:CGEM) plans to report clinical data from three T cell engager programmes during the fourth quarter of 2026, covering candidates being evaluated in autoimmune diseases and acute myeloid leukaemia.

The Cambridge, Massachusetts-based biopharmaceutical company expects to provide updates on velinotamig, CLN-978 and CLN-049 during November and December.

The planned readouts involve investigational therapies in clinical development and do not establish their safety, efficacy or potential for regulatory approval.

Velinotamig Data Planned for November

Cullinan plans to present multi-dose regimen data from its ongoing Phase 1 dose-escalation study of velinotamig at the ACR Convergence 2026 conference on November 8.

Velinotamig is a BCMAxCD3 T cell engager being evaluated in systemic lupus erythematosus, or SLE.

The planned presentation will provide data from the ongoing early-stage study.

CLN-978 Updates Expected Across Three Indications

In December, Cullinan plans to report multi-dose and single target dose regimen data for CLN-978, a CD19xCD3 T cell engager.

The clinical updates will cover three indications: treatment-refractory moderate-to-severe SLE, difficult-to-treat rheumatoid arthritis and treatment-refractory moderate-to-severe Sjögren’s disease.

The company did not provide clinical results from these programmes in the announcement.

CLN-049 Phase 1 Data Also Due in December

Cullinan also plans to release updated data in December from the dose-escalation portion of its ongoing Phase 1 study of CLN-049.

CLN-049 is a FLT3xCD3 T cell engager being evaluated in patients with relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukaemia.

“For CLN-049, we plan to provide an update with longer follow up from the dose escalation portion of our ongoing Phase 1 study in a broad, all-comer population of relapsed/refractory AML patients,” said Nadim Ahmed, President and CEO of Cullinan Therapeutics, adding that the company intends to initiate a Phase 2 study following a recent meeting with the FDA.

The planned Phase 2 study represents the company’s development strategy following its meeting with the U.S. regulator. The announcement did not provide results from that future study.
