EagleNXT Participates in Michigan NADWC DDIL Testing Environment Supporting Army Permissive Range Initiative

(dba, EagleNXT) (the “Company” or “EagleNXT”) (NYSE: UAVS), a leading provider of full-stack drone, counter-UAS, and specialty sensor system solutions for defense, government, and commercial applications worldwide, today announced its participation in a Denied, Disrupted, Intermittent and Limited (DDIL) testing environment hosted at Camp Grayling Joint Maneuver Training Center, part of Michigan’s National All-Domain Warfighting Center (NADWC), from September 13-18, 2026, where the Company’s newly developed anti-jamming technology performed strongly in realistic contested conditions and continued to demonstrate readiness for a near-term transition toward production.

The event, hosted by the Michigan Department of Military and Veterans Affairs in coordination with Army Test and Evaluation Command and the Threat System Management Office, is aligned with the U.S. Army’s Permissive Range Initiative, which is intended to expand opportunities for industry and military organizations to rapidly test and evaluate emerging technologies in realistic operational environments.

During the testing event, participating organizations evaluated systems in communications, positioning, navigation, timing, and radio-frequency environments designed to replicate contested battlefield conditions. EagleNXT used the event to exercise its eBee VISION UAS equipped with advanced anti-jamming capability in demanding DDIL conditions, and the Company observed strong performance that reinforced confidence in the maturity of the technology and its path toward production availability.

Camp Grayling’s expansive training areas, varied terrain, electromagnetic spectrum access, and multi-domain capabilities provide a realistic environment for evaluating emerging technologies before they are fielded. The NADWC includes nearly 148,000 acres of maneuver space at Camp Grayling and more than 17,000 square miles of special-use military airspace at the Alpena Combat Readiness Training Center, supporting training and testing across land, air, maritime, space, and cyber domains.

The Army’s Permissive Range Initiative and related experimentation programs are designed to help industry partners identify capability gaps, validate new technologies, and move emerging systems from development and prototyping toward operational use.
