Pagaya Issues AAA-Rated $600 Million Personal Loan ABS Transaction

• Latest deal brings Pagaya’s year-to-date ABS issuance to over $9 billion

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Pagaya Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: PGY) (“Pagaya”), a global technology company delivering AI-driven product solutions for the financial ecosystem, today announced the closing of a $600 million AAA-rated personal loan ABS transaction (PAID 2026-6).

Forty-seven unique investors participated, including three new investors to Pagaya’s broader ABS platform. The deal brings Pagaya’s year-to-date personal loan ABS issuance to over $6 billion and Pagaya’s total issuance this year to over $9 billion, both marking records for the company.
