Cohen & Steers Announces Preliminary Assets Under Management and Net Flows for September 2026
NEW YORK, Oct. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Cohen & Steers, Inc. (NYSE: CNS) today reported preliminary assets under management of $95.9 billion at September 30, 2026, a decrease of $5.1 billion from assets under management of $101.0 billion at August 31, 2026. The decrease was due to market depreciation of $5.1 billion and distributions of $323 million, partially offset by net inflows of $335 million.
