ZJK Industrial Co., Ltd. (NASDAQ:ZJK) announced on Monday that five of its subsidiaries have entered into a non-exclusive licensing agreement with CAMCAR Innovations, granting access to a portfolio of specialised fastening technologies.
The agreement covers the TORX®, TORX PLUS® and TORX PARALOBE™ fastening systems, allowing the licensed subsidiaries to manufacture and distribute products incorporating CAMCAR Innovations’ patented technologies, manufacturing expertise and trademarks.
According to a company announcement dated 12 October 2026, the arrangement will enable ZJK Industrial’s participating operations in China and Vietnam to manufacture licensed fastening products for sale in international markets.
The five subsidiaries covered by the agreement are Shenzhen Zhongjinke Hardware Products Co., Ltd., Zhongke Precision Components (Guangdong) Co., Ltd., Zhongjinke Precision Parts (Sichuan) Co., Ltd., ZJK Precision Components Vietnam Co., Ltd. and Inter Precision Components (Longyan) Co., Ltd.
ZJK Industrial said the licensing arrangement forms part of its strategy to broaden its precision fastening product portfolio and strengthen its ability to supply customers across multiple industries.
The company identified artificial intelligence infrastructure, consumer electronics, electric vehicles, aerospace and industrial manufacturing as key markets for the expanded range of fastening solutions.
Access to the licensed technologies will allow ZJK Industrial to incorporate established fastening designs into its manufacturing operations, potentially expanding the range of components it can offer to existing and prospective customers.
The agreement also provides a framework for the company’s subsidiaries to manufacture and sell products using CAMCAR Innovations’ intellectual property across global markets, subject to the terms of the licence.
The non-exclusive nature of the arrangement means CAMCAR Innovations retains the ability to license the technologies to other manufacturers.
Financial terms, including any upfront licensing fees or ongoing royalty arrangements, were not disclosed in the announcement.
ZJK Industrial did not provide revenue forecasts or a timetable for the commercial introduction of products manufactured under the agreement.
