The Stand Out 50 Awards recognize leaders in the field services industry who are nominated and chosen by their industry peers for strategic service delivery, demonstrating authentic and exemplary leadership, innovative approaches and a passion for enhancing client experience. This marks Sobera's second consecutive honor — she was also recognized in 2025 — and the first for Pinto.

Pinto has more than two decades of leadership experience in field services delivery, operations management and digital transformation.
