DALLAS, Oct. 27, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- NexPoint Diversified Real Estate Trust ("NXDT") (NYSE: NXDT) announced today that its board of trustees has declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.03 per common share of NXDT.
