• Definity launched its first production agentic AI solution with Deloitte, a Guidewire Consulting Global Premier partner, transforming broker FNOL intake by automatically converting submissions into structured draft claims directly in Guidewire, with claims professionals remaining in the loop for review. The solution reduces manual claims administration, accelerates claim creation, and improves the frontline claims experience.
• RCIS's Passion for the Possible™ initiative delivered agriculture industry insurance implementation on Guidewire Cloud with PwC, a Guidewire Consulting Global Strategic partner, supporting the project. A unified, Jutro-powered digital experience now serves thousands of agents across all 50 U.S. states, replacing a legacy environment. Backed by enterprise AI that accelerates delivery and boosts productivity, it has significantly cut the customer transfer process.
