ParaZero Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ:PRZO) has received a fourth order for its DefendAir Net Pods from an unnamed Tier-1 European defence company, marking further progress in a collaboration focused on developing vehicle-integrated protection systems against hostile drones.
The company announced the order on November 2, 2026, following a live demonstration at the European customer’s testing facility, where DefendAir was installed on an armoured vehicle and used to neutralise multiple drone threats in sequence.
The latest order will support continued integration work and additional demonstrations for European military end users. It follows a memorandum of understanding signed in September 2026 to develop an active protection capability for military vehicles facing drone attacks.
ParaZero expects the integration programme to be completed by the end of 2026, with further testing and demonstrations planned during the remaining months of the year.
The latest purchase represents the fourth order placed by the European defence company as part of its ongoing collaboration with ParaZero.
According to the announcement, the order followed a demonstration conducted at the customer’s own testing facility in Europe.
During the exercise, ParaZero’s DefendAir system was integrated into the customer’s armoured vehicle and deployed against multiple drone threats.
The system successfully neutralised the threats sequentially, demonstrating its ability to operate in a vehicle-mounted configuration under the conditions established for the trial.
The testing programme was designed to replicate realistic operating environments and evaluate performance across several threat scenarios.
The results provided further support for the continued integration programme, although ParaZero did not disclose the number of Net Pods included in the latest order or its financial value.
The identity of the European defence company also remains undisclosed.
The fourth order builds on a memorandum of understanding signed between ParaZero and the European defence company in September 2026.
The agreement established a framework for developing an active protection capability designed to counter attack drones targeting military vehicles.
The collaboration focuses on integrating ParaZero’s DefendAir technology into vehicle-based defence systems.
Such integration is intended to provide an additional physical interception capability within broader counter-unmanned aircraft system architectures.
The progression from the initial agreement to a fourth order indicates continued activity under the development programme.
However, the announcement did not specify whether the memorandum of understanding includes binding purchase commitments beyond the orders already placed.
The recent demonstration was conducted at the customer’s European testing facility using an armoured vehicle equipped with DefendAir.
ParaZero said the system was used to intercept multiple drone threats sequentially during the exercise.
The demonstration was structured around different threat scenarios intended to reflect realistic operational conditions.
This testing approach was designed to assess the system’s performance in a vehicle-integrated environment rather than as a standalone installation.
The successful completion of the exercise represents a development milestone for the collaboration.
Nevertheless, the reported results relate to a controlled demonstration and do not establish how the system would perform across all operational environments.
Additional trials are planned before the integration programme is expected to conclude.
ParaZero expects the vehicle integration programme to reach completion before the end of 2026.
The remaining work will include an extensive series of trials at the European customer’s facility.
According to the company, these exercises are intended to simulate combat conditions and evaluate the system’s capabilities under different operational scenarios.
The fourth order will support the ongoing integration process as well as preparations for further demonstrations.
The company has not disclosed a specific completion date or detailed technical milestones for the remaining testing programme.
The planned schedule remains subject to the progress and results of the trials.
As part of the continuing programme, ParaZero expects to conduct multiple demonstrations for senior military officers from NATO member states.
These demonstrations are scheduled to take place before the end of 2026.
The events are intended to present the vehicle-integrated DefendAir capability to potential European military end users.
They will follow the recent demonstration conducted at the defence company’s testing facility.
The planned presentations could provide additional opportunities for military representatives to assess the system’s capabilities and potential applications.
However, ParaZero has not announced any procurement agreements with NATO member states arising from these planned demonstrations.
The company also did not identify which countries or military organisations are expected to participate.
ParaZero Chief Executive Officer Ariel Alon said the fourth order and the recent vehicle demonstration reflected continued progress in the partnership.
“We believe the progression from initial integration to a fourth order, combined with a successful demonstration on the customer’s own armored vehicle under realistic multi-threat conditions, demonstrates both the operational relevance of DefendAir and the strength of this collaboration,” Alon said.
The comments followed the successful completion of the latest testing exercise and the customer’s decision to place an additional order.
The company views the continued orders and integration activity as indicators of the European defence customer’s ongoing interest in the technology.
However, ParaZero did not provide revenue expectations or disclose whether the collaboration could lead to a larger production contract.
DefendAir is based on a modular Net Pod architecture designed for integration into different counter-drone protection systems.
The technology provides a non-explosive physical interception capability using nets to counter unmanned aerial threats.
According to ParaZero, the system is intended for integration into vehicle-mounted, autonomous, remotely operated and fixed counter-unmanned aircraft system (Counter-UAS) platforms.
Its modular configuration allows the interception component to be incorporated into broader protection architectures.
The current European collaboration is focused specifically on integrating DefendAir into an armoured vehicle protection system.
Unlike explosive interception methods, the DefendAir approach relies on a physical net-based mechanism to neutralise drone threats.
The announcement did not provide additional technical specifications, interception ranges or independent performance data.
ParaZero’s fourth DefendAir order represents another stage in its collaboration with the unnamed European defence company.
The latest development follows the September 2026 memorandum of understanding and a successful demonstration involving multiple drone threats at the customer’s facility.
The company now plans to continue vehicle integration work and conduct further trials designed to simulate combat conditions.
Additional demonstrations for senior military officers from NATO member states are also expected before the end of the year.
For investors, the principal developments to monitor will be completion of the integration programme, the outcome of the remaining trials and any subsequent commercial orders.
While the fourth order indicates continued customer engagement, ParaZero has not disclosed its value or confirmed any broader procurement commitments.
The company’s immediate focus remains on completing the planned testing programme and demonstrating DefendAir’s capabilities to prospective European military users.
