Cyabra Secures Six-Figure Southeast Asian Government Contract for AI Intelligence Platform

By Fiona Craig | November 02, 2026, 10:47 AM

Cyabra, Inc. (NASDAQ:CYAB) has secured a six-figure contract with a national investigative and law enforcement agency in Southeast Asia, expanding the company’s presence in the Asia-Pacific government sector.

The agreement will provide the agency with access to Cyabra’s artificial intelligence-powered narrative intelligence platform, which analyses publicly available online information to identify coordinated digital activity, monitor emerging narratives and assess potential security threats.

The company did not disclose the agency’s identity or the precise financial value of the contract.

AI Platform to Support National Security Investigations

Under the agreement, the agency’s investigative teams will use Cyabra’s open-source intelligence technology to assess online activity surrounding major regional events, public gatherings and high-profile international meetings.

The platform is designed to identify coordinated networks of inauthentic accounts, including suspected state-linked operations, and detect attempts to manipulate public sentiment.

Its capabilities also include monitoring changes in online sentiment, the speed at which information spreads and the amplification of potentially harmful content across digital platforms.

Cyabra said these tools are intended to help investigators identify emerging risks earlier and provide evidence-based assessments to support operational decisions.

Contract Expands Asia-Pacific Government Presence

The agreement adds to Cyabra’s existing public-sector business in the Asia-Pacific region, following previous multi-year government contracts and enterprise deployments.

The company provides cloud-based intelligence software designed for use by defence, intelligence and law enforcement organisations.

Cyabra’s platform focuses on distinguishing authentic online discussions from coordinated manipulation campaigns, with investigative and enforcement decisions remaining the responsibility of the government agency.

Dan Brahmy, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Cyabra, highlighted the importance of identifying artificial online activity.

“Public trust is being shaped by inauthentic accounts and coordinated networks most people can’t see, and for investigative agencies, defending it starts with separating the real from the manufactured,” Brahmy said.

He added that the company believes its technology can provide investigators with information to support public safety and the protection of critical institutions.

Outlook

The new six-figure agreement represents a further expansion of Cyabra’s international government customer base and its activities in Southeast Asia.

The contract also reflects the company’s focus on supplying AI-powered intelligence tools to public-sector organisations monitoring online manipulation and potential security risks.

While Cyabra has not disclosed the contract’s exact value, duration or expected revenue contribution, the agreement adds another government deployment to its regional portfolio.
