Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Exceeds Q3 Revenue Expectations as Volumes Rise, Maintains Full-Year Guidance

By Fiona Craig | November 03, 2026, 6:16 AM

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (NASDAQ:CCEP) reported stronger-than-expected third-quarter trading, supported by higher beverage volumes and revenue growth across its European and Asia Pacific operations. The bottling group maintained its full-year guidance despite exceeding analyst forecasts on several key performance measures.

Organic revenue increased 5.8% during the quarter, ahead of the 4.7% growth expected by analysts. Organic sales volumes rose 3.6%, compared with the consensus estimate of 3.1%, while revenue per unit case increased 2.2%.

The results reflected continued demand for zero-sugar beverages, energy drinks and sports products, alongside improved performance in several important markets.

Zero-Sugar and Energy Drinks Drive Volume Growth

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners reported broad-based growth across its beverage portfolio, with particularly strong contributions from its zero-sugar and energy categories.

Within the Coca-Cola Trademark portfolio, Coke Zero Sugar volumes increased 9.7%, supporting the company’s overall performance.

Sports drinks recorded volume growth of 10.8%, while the energy category delivered a 17.3% increase, making it one of the strongest-performing segments during the quarter.

The company attributed its results to a combination of product innovation, consumer demand and favourable weather conditions in Europe.

Revenue growth was supported by both higher sales volumes and increased revenue per unit case, indicating contributions from pricing and product mix alongside underlying demand.

European Revenue Beats Forecasts Despite Softer Volume Growth

The European business reported sales growth of 5.2%, exceeding analysts’ expectations of 4.4%.

Volumes increased 2.3%, slightly below the consensus forecast of 2.7%, although the region benefited from stronger revenue per case.

The company reported market share gains across Europe, supported by demand for zero-sugar beverages and other growing product categories.

Favourable weather conditions also contributed to trading during the quarter.

The results demonstrated that revenue growth remained ahead of volume expansion in Europe, helping offset the modest shortfall against volume expectations.

Asia Pacific Delivers Stronger-Than-Expected Performance

The Asia Pacific business recorded particularly strong third-quarter results, outperforming analyst forecasts for both volumes and revenue.

Regional volumes increased 6.4%, compared with expectations of 5.4%, while sales rose 7.8%, ahead of the 5.8% consensus estimate.

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners highlighted continued momentum in Australia and the Philippines, alongside operational progress in Indonesia.

The region’s performance contributed to the group’s overall organic revenue growth and demonstrated the importance of its geographic diversification.

Management Highlights Balanced Revenue Growth

Chief Executive Officer Damian Gammell said the third-quarter performance built on the company’s results during the first six months of the year.

“We delivered a strong third quarter, building on our first-half performance and remaining focused on our strategic priorities,” Gammell said.

“Revenue growth was well balanced, with higher volumes and solid revenue per case across our markets in the home and away-from home channels.”

The company pointed to the strength of its zero-sugar, energy and hydration products as important contributors to its performance.

Innovation and favourable trading conditions also supported demand, while growth across both at-home and away-from-home consumption channels helped sustain revenue momentum.

Full-Year Outlook Unchanged Despite Earnings Momentum

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners maintained its full-year financial guidance, despite reporting third-quarter organic revenue and volume growth above market expectations.

The decision to leave its outlook unchanged attracted attention from analysts, particularly following the company’s recent share price performance.

Jefferies highlighted the attractiveness of the group’s medium-term financial targets, which include annual sales growth of 4% and earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) growth of 7%.

The investment bank also pointed to the company’s objective of delivering mid-single-digit cash returns, describing the combination of targets as having “significant attraction.”

However, Jefferies suggested that the shares could come under pressure at the market open following their recent gains and the absence of an upgrade to annual guidance.

Analysts attributed the decision partly to “an element of natural conservatism and higher costs.”

The comments suggest that investors may focus on the company’s ability to sustain revenue growth while managing expenses, rather than solely on its stronger-than-expected quarterly performance.

Outlook

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners delivered third-quarter growth ahead of market forecasts, supported by higher volumes, increased revenue per unit case and strong demand for zero-sugar and energy beverages.

Asia Pacific exceeded expectations across both revenue and volumes, while European sales growth remained ahead of forecasts despite slightly weaker-than-expected volume expansion.

Although management maintained its full-year guidance, the company’s medium-term growth targets remain an important consideration for investors.

Attention will now turn to whether Coca-Cola Europacific Partners can maintain its sales momentum, protect profitability against higher costs and continue gaining market share across its major regions.
