Argent Large Cap ETF objective is to seek long-term capital appreciation. The Fund is an actively managed and utilizes fundamental research to build a high conviction portfolio of approximately 30-35 large cap companies designed to outperform the market over a full market cycle. Equity securities include common stocks and American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) evidencing ownership in common stocks. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the Fund's net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, will be invested in large-capitalization companies. The Fund believes the most powerful force in investing is compounding cash flow growth over the long-term. The multi-step investment process is based primarily on qualitative bottom-up fundamental research to build a portfolio of Enduring Businesses. To Argent, an Enduring Business is growing cash flows, has a durable competitive advantage and has management with a track record of shareholder-friendly capital allocation.
