The Fund's primary investment objective is to seek current income. The Fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund ("ETF") that seeks current income while maintaining the opportunity for indirect exposure to the share price of one or more ETFs whose shares trade on a U.S.-regulated securities exchange and that seeks daily leverage investment results of 2 times (200%) the daily percentage change of the Underlying Stock (the "Underlying BABA ETF"), subject to a limit on potential gains from increases in the price of the Underlying BABA ETF's shares. The GraniteShares YieldBOOST BABA ETF ("BBYY") is designed to generate income through options strategies, primarily by selling put options on leveraged ETFs that track the 2x Long BABA Daily ETF.
