The fund is an actively managed ETF that seeks to achieve its investment objectives through the use of a covered call strategy that provides current income, while also providing exposure to the price return of iShares Bitcoin Trust ETF. The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in options contracts with the Underlying Security as the reference asset or directly in the Underlying Security. The fund seeks to generate current income from option premiums by writing call options on the Underlying Security that are 0DTE. The fund is non-diversified.
