Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in common stock of large-capitalization companies. The fund may also invest up to 20% of its net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in common stock of mid-capitalization companies. The fund is non-diversified.
