iShares iBonds Dec 2034 Term Corporate ETF seeks to track the investment results of the Bloomberg December 2034 Maturity Corporate Index. The index consists of U.S. dollar-denominated, investment-grade securities publicly issued by U.S. and non-U.S. corporate issuers that have $300 million or more of outstanding face value at the time of inclusion. The fund will invest at least 80% of its assets in the component instruments of the underlying index. The fund is non-diversified.
