iShares Neuroscience and Healthcare ETF seeks to track the NYSE FactSet Global Neuro Biopharma and MedTech Index composed of U.S. and non-U.S. companies that could benefit from the growth and innovation in neuroscience. The fund will invest at least 80% of its assets in the component securities of its index and in investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the component securities of its index and may invest up to 20% of its assets in certain futures, options and swap contracts, cash and cash equivalents as well as in securities not included in the index, but which BFA believes will help the fund track the index. It is non-diversified.
