Global X Infrastructure Development ex-U.S. ETF seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Global X Infrastructure Development ex-U.S. Index. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in the securities of the index, which may include common stocks, ADRs and GDRs based on the securities in the index. The index is designed to provide exposure to equity securities listed and domiciled in international markets, including developed and emerging markets but excluding the U.S., that provide exposure to infrastructure development. The fund is non-diversified.
