Franklin Solana ETF seeks to reflect generally the performance of the price of Solana and rewards from staking as much of the fund's Solana as is practicable to the extent the Sponsor in its sole discretion determines that the fund may do so without undue legal or regulatory risk, such as without limitation, by adversely affecting the fund's status as a grantor trust for U.S. federal income tax purposes. The fund seeks to reflect such performance before payment of the fund's expenses and liabilities.
