Strive International Developed Markets ETF seeks to track the total return performance, before fees and expenses, of the Bloomberg Developed Markets ex US Large & Mid Cap Total Return Index. The fund seeks to track the investment results of the index, which tracks mid- and large- cap companies of developed market countries, not including the U.S., which are selected and weighted according to free-float market capitalization. Under normal circumstances, substantially all, but at least 80% of the fund's total assets will be invested in developed markets securities.
