Strive Small-Cap ETF seeks to track the total return performance, before fees and expenses, of the Bloomberg US 600 Index composed of U.S. small-capitalization companies. Under normal circumstances, substantially all, but at least 80%, of the fund's total assets (exclusive of collateral held from securities lending) will be invested in U.S. small cap equity securities. The index is a free float-adjusted capitalization-weighted index comprised primarily of U.S. equity securities.
