The Fund seeks to track the performance of Dogecoin, as measured by the performance of the CF Dogecoin-Dollar US Settlement Price Index ("Pricing Benchmark"), adjusted for the Trust's expenses and other liabilities. In seeking to achieve its investment objective, the Trust will hold Dogecoin and will value its Shares daily based on the Pricing Benchmark.
